Tweeting the court proceedings? Friending your fellow jurors? When does social media interfere with the right to a fair trial? Judges already tell jurors not to talk about the case amongst themselves or read news accounts. Now the Massachusetts Appeals Court wants judges to give jurors stricter instructions about the use of social media as it threatens to derail some cases at trial.
