Boston is notoriously unfriendly terrain for parking. Ninety-thousand cars are towed away each year. And drivers in Massachusetts have fewer rights and less legal protection than in other states. We’ll dig into all of that and hear from the self-proclaimed “big bad wolf” himself, the owner of a local tow company.
