We all have our moments when we spend too much time tweaking little details on a project, fixate on a problem or keep wondering whether we left the stove on. But for some, those little obsessions turn out to be a larger problem. Dr. Jeff Szymanski, Executive Director of the International OCD Foundation explains Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and 10-year-old Mystery Almond, who was diagnosed with OCD four years ago, shares her experience with us.
