Following a painful divorce, the loss of his mother and a major career change, Boston University journalism professor Lou Ureneck undertook a “experiment in mental health”: he built a cabin by hand in the Maine woods. Ureneck joins us to explain how constructing the cabin also helped him rebuild his relationship with the beloved brother he felt he had let down in their youth. His new book is Cabin: Two Brothers, a Dream, and Five Acres in Maine.
