Civil Liberties In The Decade Since 9/11
Almost 10 years after the events of September 11, the launch of the War on Terror, and the passage of The Patriot Act, Americans continue to debate where to draw the line between our civil liberties and our national security. We're joined by social critic and attorney Wendy Kaminer and the ACLU's Ben Wizner who help us to understand what freedoms we've relinquished, what one's we’re less willing to give up, and whether we should be fighting harder to hold on to them than we are.
