We romp through the week’s highlights and lowlights. And what a week it has been. The debt ceiling debate has become a Serious debacle, withplans falling apart and votes being postponed as the clock ticks ever louder on the August 2nd deadline for a deal. What does it mean for the 2012 presidential race and for our own Senate race here in Massachusetts?
