Since arriving in office 100 days ago, Wisconsin governor Scott Walker has gained national recognition — or notoriety -- for his bill to sharply limit collective bargaining rights for public employees. The dispute in the Badger State has largely overshadowed a similar bill here in the Massachusetts state house. Representative Dan Winslow – who introduced the bill – argues that Beacon Hill has yet to have a serious debate about placing limits on collective bargaining for pubic employees. He joins us.
