Rep. Neal (D-MA) On Government Showdown
More than half-way through the federal budget year, Congressional leaders are still at an impasse over the 2011 budget. Up through this Friday, government operations have been funded through a series of temporary extensions. Marathon meetings between Republicans and Democrats last night ended without progress. Right in the thick of it is Massachusetts second-district Congressman Richard Neal, who sits on the House Ways and Means Committee. He joins us.
