Congressional Check-In With Rep. Frank Guinta (R-NH)
President Obama today outlines his plan for combating the national debt. Whatever he says is expected to add fuel to the epic budget battle now consuming Washington. Last week, congressional leaders averted a government shutdown with a last minute agreement on this year’s federal budget. But that only set the stage for another showdown over the 2012 budget and raising the national debt ceiling. Congressman Frank Guinta, who represents New Hampshire’s first congressional district, serves on the House Budget Committee and has been right in the center of the fight. He joins us.
