Did The FBI Give Whitey Bulger A License To Kill?
Whitey Bulger’s defense team got itself a four month reprieve yesterday, with the trial now set for next year. More interestingly, Bulger’s lawyer J.W. Carney tipped his hand revealing what may be Whitey’s defense – that he’s immune from prosecution because of the agreement he made with the FBI decades ago that would protect him from prosecution for any crimes he committed during the time he was an informant for the FBI.
