2010 Mass Decision – The Governor’s Race: The governor’s race may come down to this – what do you choose to believe – that applies both to two news polls and statements from the candidates about whether there was any back room dealing among aides who jumped Tim Cahill’s ship – a new Suffolk University/News 7 poll shows governor Deval Patrick with a 7 point lead over republican Charlie Baker, with Tim Cahill far behind at 10 percent – however an internal Baker poll shows him ahead by 7 points – meanwhile after a judge lifted an injunction against the release of some of Tim Cahill’s internal campaign emails – more light comes to that subject – Cahill says his campaign dealings with the state treasury were all innocent – but the mails suggest otherwise. WGBH’s political reporter Adam Reilly and Garret Quinn, author of the Less is More blog on Boston.com join us to discuss.
