Jared LoughnerThere have been some recent developments in a number of high profile cases making their way through the courts. Jared Loughner, who is accused of a mass shooting in Tucson where he allegedly tried to assassinate U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords was declared unfit to stand trial yesterday; prosecutors will seek the death penalty for Amy Bishop - a former biology professor accused of shooting six colleagues during a staff meeting at the University of Alabama at Huntsville; and Mark Kerrigan - brother of the famed figure skater Nancy Kerrigan  was found not guilty of murder in his father's death.
