Brookline-based duo Karmin have been putting their own songs online since 2010, but it wasn't until they started doing covers that they really got noticed. Less than a month ago, Karmin – a.k.a. 2008 Berklee grads Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan – uploaded a cover of Chris Brown’s “Look at Me Now” to YouTube. In less than four weeks, the video has gotten more than 12 million hits and Amy and Nick have racked up thousands of frequent flyer miles, appearing on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Ryan Seacrest’s radio show and MTV’s “The Seven.” Amy and Nick – who also happen to be an engaged couple – join us to discuss their rapid rise, their plans for the future, and for a special live performance of a few of their most popular covers – and some of their original music as well.Check out some of Karmin's videos:
