WAYH – US Postal Service
Postal BoxesThere’s no denying it, profound technological and social changes have altered the way Americans communicate. E-mail has largely replaced written correspondence. Sites like Paper-less Post and E-vite are becoming increasingly popular. Promoting green agendas and increased convenience, almost every company encourages customers to pay online. We're joined by Jack Donahue, chair of Harvard University’s Masters of Public Policy program and was the assistant secretary of labor in the Clinton Administration, who tells us what he is hearing about the future of the USPS.
