It's good news and bad news for the Democrats in the 4th and 10th district according to two new polls from the Boston Globe released this morning. The good news is that Barney Frank is holding onto a 13-point lead over challenger Sean Bielat in the 4th district, and Bill Keating is clinging to a razor thin lead in the 10th over Jeff Perry. The bad news is that enthusiasm is higher among Republican voters- much higher.  And in the 10th district, the emergence of a 1991 strip search victim doesn't appear to be the death knell many expected it to be for Jeff Perry.  So what is going to happen when voters take to the polls next Tuesday? Boston Globe political editor Scott Helman weighs in...
