Facial Recognition Software
A new Smartphone based facial recognition software will soon be available to law enforcement across the country. Will this software help law enforcement avoid confusion during arrests, or is this something straight out of "Minority Report"? We talk with Sean Mullin, the CEO of BI2 Technologies in Plymouth, Mass., the company that created the software, and Kade Crockford, a privacy rights coordinator for the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts.
