Off The Shelf, Dracula
The cultural impact of Bram Stoker's 1897 classic gothic novel can be seen everywhere from movies to halloween costumes. To help make sense of how our culture is reinterpreting this classic theme, we're joined by Wellesley professor of English, Yu Jin Ko. We'll ask him what cultural forces are behind vampires stories, and how the dracula of over a century ago informs the vampires of today.
