We speak with Representative Daniel P. Reilly. At 21, he’s the youngest member of Rhode Island’s House. Still in college, he says he's still pulling all-nighters, which comes in handy as he juggles his academics and work load. Rep. Reilly is one of 10 Republicans in an overwhelmingly Democratic House and one among the three Republicans on the 16-member House Finance committee.
