HONK! Festival

Bands from all over the U.S. descend on Boston to perform, proselytize, march, entertain and uplift for this weekend's (9/30-10/3) HONK! Festival. It's a weekend-long celebration of activist marching bands, acrobats and performers. Their numbers are small, their setups are streamlined, and their costumes and band names -  Forward! and The Milwaukee Molotov Marchers, Second Line Social Aid & Pleasure Society Brass Band- are larger than life. Two HONK! Festival performers, Kate Riegle-van West and Ken Field, join us to talk about the weekend ahead, how you can get involved, and where to watch it all go down.
