Louder Than a Bomb

As part of the National Poetry Slam happening in Boston next week, "Louder Than a Bomb” will be screening on August 12 at the Brattle Theatre in Cambridge.

Guests:

Anna West: poet, teaching artist and organizer who has created and led spoken word poetry programs for 15 years. She is the co-founder of Louder Than A Bomb, the acclaimed Chicago teen poetry slam festival upon which the documentary is based. She recently earned her masters in Arts in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Adam Gottlieb: one of the slam poets featured in the documentary “Louder Than a Bomb”. He is now entering his senior year at Hampshire College in Western Massachusetts where he’s studying poetry education.
