 Blackstone Elementary School's new principal, Stephen Zrike, was faced with an uncommon task when he took over this year - replace at least 50% of the staff. He ended up replacing nearly 80%.  His school is one of 35 throughout Massachusetts designated as underperforming and subject to major overhauls by legislation signed into law last January. We'll look at what it takes to turn a school around, and how Blackstone Elementary School has fared in the first few months of the transition
