Fahim Speaks
Fahim Fazli was born in Afghanistan and escaped to America in the 1980s during Soviet occupation. He moved to California to pursue his dreams of acting, and after years of hard work, he succeeded. He was cast in "24", "Iron Man", "The Day After the Earth Stood Still", and more. After being an advisor on the film "Charlie Wilson's War", Fahim was inspired to join the U.S. military in Afghanistan as an interpreter. We hear about his journey, which he wrote about in his memoir "Fahim Speaks: A Warrior-Actor's Odyssey from Afghanistan to Hollywood".
