On January 14, 2010, author and historian Howard Zinn joined Callie Crossley in the 89.7 WGBH studios for a conversation about the power of people, Zinn's work and his latest project, The People Speak. Professor emeritus in the Political Science Department at Boston University an author of more than 20 books, including A People's History of the United States (1980), Zinn died on January 27, 2010, of a heart attack at the age of 87 while traveling in Santa Monica, California.
