ABOUT SOUND & SPIRIT
The week of 6/27/2010 sees the final public radio broadcast of Sound & Spirit. The show will continue to live here online, though, with past programs archived for on-demand listening! (We regret that we cannot offer podcasts, due to music rights issues.) Thanks for tuning in for the last 14 years, and please stay in touch. Ellen's farewell thoughts are posted on her personal blog.

Host Ellen Kushner began her public radio career at WGBH hosting the eclectic classical program NightAir. Other radio credits include PRI's international music series, Jewish holiday specials, and the WGBH world music program Caravan. In addition to her radio work, Kushner is a novelist.

Sound & Spirit for the week of June 27, 2010: Marriage
Sound & Spirit's "Weddings" show has been one of our most popular - but what happens after the bells have stopped ringing? Ellen Kushner explores the many dimensions of marriage, from the joyous to the bittersweet (and even the disastrous!), in a wide-ranging program of music, myth, poetry, and wisdom.
