Jared attends Double Edge Theatre’s performance of The Grand Parade (of the 20th Century) at ArtsEmerson, playing through May 3. Then, he sits down for a conversation with Duncan Rock, who is starring in the title role of Boston Lyric Opera’s Don Giovanni, playing through May 10. 

Then we head to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Ramon Jose Lopez is an artist steeped in tradition, even using his grandfather’s tools to create works that he says safeguard his heritage. His work is widely exhibited from the Southwest to the Smithsonian. 

Finally, a legend in the music business, Henry Stone co-founded indie giant TK Records in South Florida in 1973, introducing the world to disco. Stone’s open-door policy for musicians of all backgrounds laid the groundwork for the Miami sound. Get a behind-the-scenes look at a new documentary about Stone, called The Record Man.

With memorabilia, folk art and honorary curator Doris Kearns Goodwin, The Concord Museum is hoping for a home run with its spring exhibiton, "The Art of Baseball."
