About Martha Speaks
Martha Speaks, a vocabulary-based children's series from the WGBH creators of Curious George and Arthur, is designed to bolster the oral vocabulary of 4- to 7-year-olds, engaging them with humor and imagination.
Martha tells Helen, TD and Truman about the many things dogs have given humans, such as fire, philosophy, physics, art and language. Later, the kids borrow a video camera from the library to make their own Western movies.
