Chelsea Clinton’s wedding was one of the biggest social events of the summer. And it was Boston’s Bryan Rafanelli who planned the event. From the location, to the cuisine, to the hand delivered bottles of white wine as consolation to neighbors, Rafanelli was there covering every detail along the way.
