State Sen. Scott Brown (R-Wrentham) is in the running for U.S. Senate.  He's painting himself as a Washington outsider who could provide balance to the all-Democratic delegation from Massachusetts.  Emily talks with the candidate about why he opposes the health care 'public option,' and his reason for voting against the bill allowing Gov. Patrick to appoint an interim senator.
