Former Probation Department chief John O'Brien was hit with an indictment on Monday, charged with swapping political donations for state jobs. WGBH political reporter Adam Reilly and Bruce Mohl, who has written about patronage at the Probation Department for CommonWealth Magazine, join Emily.
