The results of 10th Congressional primary are in! Democrat Bill Keating will face Republican Jeff Perry in the November election. Overall, the primary elections didn’t bring any huge surprises. But in other states – voters sent a clear signal that 2010 could be a very unusual year. Emily talks state and national politics with Republican analyst Kerry Healey and Democratic analyst Warren Tolman.
