Should a tobacco maker be forced to pay for diagnostic medical tests for habitual smokers?  This week, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court allowed a case to go to trial that could make tobacco giant Philip Morris pay for chest exams so smokers could be warned if they have developed lung cancer.
