The art of enjoying the summer just got a whole lot easier, with reviews, previews and highlights, courtesy of WGBHArts. Greater Boston's arts reporter Jared Bowen leads a group of bloggers, previewing and reviewing the summer's top arts events. 

Legislation aimed at bringing casinos to Massachusetts includes a provision to lift the ban on Happy Hour at bars and restaurants. But not everyone is happy about the idea. Jared hears from a local woman about why she wants to keep Happy Hour banned.
