Cambridge’s Central Square Theater kicks  off its second season with “The Caretaker,” a play about an elderly tramp who moves in with two brothers. The A.R.T. is presenting “Sleep No More,” inspired by Shakespeare’s “Macbeth” but told through the lens of a Hitchcock thriller, at the Old Lincoln School in Brookline.
