Oct. 15, 2009 : A specialty license plate could carry a controversial message

This week, the Massachusetts chapter of Choose Life, a pro-adoption organization, said they obtained the 1,500 registrations and plate orders required to have the RMV start issuing “Choose Life” license plates.  “Choose Life” plates are available in 24 states, most recently in Delaware, New Mexico and North Dakota.
