The art of enjoying the summer just got a whole lot easier, with reviews, previews and highlights, courtesy of WGBHArts. Greater Boston's arts reporter Jared Bowen leads a group of bloggers, previewing and reviewing the summer's top arts events. 

The Massachusetts House and Senate have been debating a pandemic preparedness bill to ensure public health and public safety, including one version that would authorize officials to quarantine citizens.  Emily is  joined by Rep. Peter Koutoujian who supports the House bill, civil rights attorney Wendy Kaminer, and Ruth Ellen Fitch, the President and CEO of the Dimock Center.
