Middlesex Sheriff James DiPaola won his re-election this month, even though he had already retired from the job. Thanks to a loophole in the state law, DiPaola was allowed to collect his pension and salary at the same time. But DiPaola resigned after The Boston Globe asked him about his double-dipping. He joins Emily to talk about his decision.
