Legislators on Beacon Hill are exploring ways to crack down on bullying among school-aged children. An 11-year-old boy in Springfield committed suicide in April after being teased by classmates. Joining Emily are Sirdeaner Walker, the mother of Carl Walker-Hoover who took his own life, Brigitte Berman, a 15-year-old who has been bullied and has written a book about dealing with bullies, and Robert Trestan, the Anti-Defamation League's Eastern States Civil Rights Attorney.
