The art of enjoying the summer just got a whole lot easier, with reviews, previews and highlights, courtesy of WGBHArts. Greater Boston's arts reporter Jared Bowen leads a group of bloggers, previewing and reviewing the summer's top arts events. 

State lawmakers are pushing a bill to ban the use of bullhooks on elephants. The instrument is a sharp, curved hook used to control elephants. Critics say bullhooks hurt the animals by puncturing their skin. Elephant trainers say abuse is rare and claim banning bullhooks could mean the end of circus elephants in the state.
