An investigation headed by former U.S. Attorney Donald Stern has cleared the Boston Police Department for any wrongdoing in the death of David Woodman. The 22-year-old was arrested for drinking in public the night the Boston Celtics won the NBA Championship in 2008.  Woodman had a heart condition and stopped breathing minutes after he was handcuffed.  He died 11 days later.  David’s parents, Cathy and Jeff Woodman join Emily.
