WGBH's “Where We Live” series continues with a look at Quincy. In the 1950s, Quincy was known as Shoppers Town USA—the place to shop if you lived south of Boston. But as malls and highways opened, Shoppers Town USA has become a relic. Now a unique $1.3 billion redevelopment plan hopes to revitalize Quincy’s downtown.
