The art of enjoying the summer just got a whole lot easier, with reviews, previews and highlights, courtesy of WGBHArts. Greater Boston's arts reporter Jared Bowen leads a group of bloggers, previewing and reviewing the summer's top arts events. 

This week WGBH debuts “Where We Live,” a new series that looks at how the economy is impacting Massachusetts cities and towns. Tonight, Adam Reilly profiles Lynn which has gone from the shoe capital of the world to a hardscrabble community of 90,000 and is grappling with the problems of many old cities. Lynn mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy, Lynnhappens.com editor Seth Albaum, and Geoffrey Beckwith of the Massachusetts Municipal Association join Emily.
