For more than 10 months, US Army Private Bradley Manning has been held in solitary confinement—accused of releasing classified documents to the website WikiLeaks. That material, brimming with intelligence and gossip about leaders and governments the world over, set off a firestorm. But now Manning's pre-trial treatment is causing an outcry. Harvard Law School professor Yochai Benkler joins Emily.
