The art of enjoying the summer just got a whole lot easier, with reviews, previews and highlights, courtesy of WGBHArts. Greater Boston's arts reporter Jared Bowen leads a group of bloggers, previewing and reviewing the summer's top arts events. 

Last month, President Obama awarded former Boston Celtics center Bill Russell the Presidential Medal of Freedom and said he hoped a statue honoring the basketball legend would be exist someday. Obama’s words have prompted Boston officials to make a Russell statue a reality. Emily is joined by Gary Tanguay of Comcast SportsNet and Thomas Whalen, author of Dynasty’s End: Bill Russell and the 1968-69 World Champion Boston Celtics.
