SOME OF THEM ARE MINIMUM
WAGE.
AND SO THEY DON'T HAVE AN
EXCESS OF CASH ON HAND.
IT SEEMS THAT WHAT I HAVE
NOTICED IS THAT DRIVERS ARE
BECOMING MORE ACCLIMATING TO
THE USE OF THE CARDS AND
BETTER PLANNING THEIR MONEY.
BUT WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS
FIRST IMPLEMENTED, IT WAS
VERY DIFFICULT FOR THEM.
AND A LOT OF TIME THESE
WOULD COME IN AND THEY
COULDN'T PAY FOR THEIR CABS
BECAUSE THEY JUST DIDN'T
HAVE THE MONEY.
THAT STILL OCCURS BUT NOT AS
MUCH.

LOOK AT ANY TAXI IN THE CITY
AND KNOW EXACTLY WHERE THEY
ARE 24/7.
