Greater Boston’s 1 GUEST series continues tonight with retired Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court chief justice Margaret Marshall, the first woman to lead the court. As chief justice, she authored the decision that paved the way for Massachusetts to legalize same-sex marriage. Marshall talks with Emily about the historic Goodridge decision, growing up under apartheid in South Africa, her marriage to former columnist Anthony Lewis, and much more.
