A week ago, a four-alarm fire hit DeLuca’s Market on Charles Street causing an estimated $1 million in damages. DeLuca's owner Virgil Aiello diverted customers to the Newbury Street store, promising to re-open the iconic Beacon Hill landmark which once drew customers for fresh produce and meats. But on Monday, Boston health inspectors shut down DeLuca’s Newbury Street store after getting a tip that goods from the fire-damaged site were being sold there.
