With the third largest Haitian population in the U.S., the City of Boston opened an emergency response center today to help residents reach family in Haiti. Emily is joined Haitian-American Jean-Dany Joachim, whose family’s home was destroyed in the quake, Bill Forry of The Boston Haitian Reporter and Donna Barry of Partners In Health, an organization that has been coordinating relief efforts in Haiti.
