The art of enjoying the summer just got a whole lot easier, with reviews, previews and highlights, courtesy of WGBHArts. Greater Boston's arts reporter Jared Bowen leads a group of bloggers, previewing and reviewing the summer's top arts events. 

Utility poles usually don't get noticed much. But now critics say the state's system for installing new poles and removing the old ones is broken. Doubled-up poles are creating eyesores, financial problems, and dangerous situations across Massachusetts. Kara is joined by Watertown Town Councilor Vincent Piccirilli and Watertown state Rep. Jonathan Hecht.
