The art of enjoying the summer just got a whole lot easier, with reviews, previews and highlights, courtesy of WGBHArts. Greater Boston's arts reporter Jared Bowen leads a group of bloggers, previewing and reviewing the summer's top arts events. 

Back in the Colonial era, the Massachusetts Governor's Council had plenty of clout. But lately, the Council has been called “antiquated” and calls are mounting to eliminate it altogether. Emily is joined by state Sen. Brian Joyce and Council member Marilyn Petitto Devaney.
