Divorce lawyer and Boston Herald columnist Gerry Nissenbaum has handled over 8,000 divorces over the course of his career. His new book is Sex, Love and Money: Revenge and Ruin in the World of High-Stakes Divorce. In the book he says that these three major elements play the most significant roles in either keeping a marriage together or tearing it apart. Nissenbaum and co-author John Sedgwick join Emily to talk about costly divorce battles and what it reveals about human nature.
